Our team has more than 30 years of title insurance and closing experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Insurance Department and partner with our trusted underwriter, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, one of the nation’s premier real estate service companies, to provide title insurance and escrow and closing services to property owners, real estate agents, as well as local and national mortgage professionals.

We are a proud member of the American Land Title Association and Pennsylvania Land Title Association and have been vetted and confirmed by Secured Settlements, Inc. to meet the risk management standards to be a Registered Closing Professional.
